Listing Oracle is a public-records research tool for Massachusetts real estate agents, on the web at listingoracle.com and on iPhone. It's run by Parser LLC.

Contact us. Email contact@parserllc.com. We answer within one business day.

Getting an account. Accounts are by invitation for now. Email us and we'll set one up.

Signing in on iPhone. Use the same email and password as listingoracle.com.

An answer looks wrong. Email us the question you asked and what looked wrong. Answers come from public records (the state's parcel file, FEMA, federal school data), which can lag the town's own records by months.

Deleting your account. In the iPhone app, go to Account, then Delete my account, and enter your password. Your account is deleted right away, with your saved reports, client notes, reminders and listing confirmations. You can also email us and we'll do it for you.
